Checkout

All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart first. When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

LODESTARSTORE.COM accepts the following credit cards:

  • Discover

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Tax policy
LODESTARSTORE.COM collects sales or use tax in all sales shipped in the state of Nevada.

Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.

Pricing policy
Our online merchandise prices typically match those of our U.S. stores, although there might be slight regional differences.

Please note: Prices shown are in U.S. dollars only. Currently, we do not ship or bill orders internationally, including Canada.

Shipping and Handling

LODESTARSTORE.COM ships to all fifty United States and the following U.S. territories; American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply to orders to U.S. territories.

Express delivery is not available to U.S. territories.

We do not ship or bill orders internationally. If you are outside of the United States or its territories, please contact your sales rep.  

Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

Standard Delivery

Orders will arrive within 5 to 7 days, following credit card authorization. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. All standard deliveries are handled by FedEx or UPS.

Express Shipping

Orders placed by 3:59 pm PST will ship the same day, pending credit card verification, and should arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries. All LODESTARSTORE.COM products are not available for Express shipping. Express delivery is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Tracking Shipments

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have placed an order with LODESTARSTORE.COM, you can check the current status of your order by entering your order number and email address on our Order Status page.

How can I track the delivery of my package?

To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include an order tracking number (Federal Express) or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service). On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site. Track your delivery from our Order Status Summary page. If you think your order is late, please note that:

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Express orders placed after 4:00pm PST will ship the next business day.
  • Delivery occurs Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will ship your product via standard delivery once the product has arrived in our warehouse. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items do not appear on your bill. We are unable to accept back orders through LODESTARSTORE.COM at this time; however, we will be happy to take your back order by phone if you call 1-702-798-6200.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time.

Returns Without a Receipt:
Refunds will defer to account history and price paid if order number is supplied by customer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
Follow these instructions to return any LODESTARSTORE.COM purchase by mail.

  1. Detach the top customer portion of the return form for your records.
  2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the bottom portion of the retorn form and note the reason why.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form.  We've provided a return label as part of the return form.  Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
